Delivery


1. When will I receive my order? How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 1 p.m. CST on stocked items are shipped the same business day.
If for any reason one of our items are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail.
We ship year-round with the exception of the following federal holidays if they land on a weekday: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and, New Year's Day.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds


3. What is your return policy?

You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Product must be purchased from thefashion5.com. If you purchased from an authorized seller of our product, please contact them for your return or exchange.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for return and exchanges not attributed to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of Fashion 5 Stores LLC.
Before returning the product, you must contact us so we may provide you with a return authorization number (RA#). If you return your item without the RA#, your refund or exchange will NOT be processed. We will also provide you with a return address and packaging instructions for the return. Items must be returned in new and unused condition in their original packaging and include the return form. Returns without the return form, RA# or items that are returned damaged because of improper/careless shipping or packing will be rejected. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in new or unused condition.
If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange the product or give a full refund as long we are notified withing 48 hours after delivery.
If you have received an incorrect item or purchased the wrong item, please contact us.

4. When will the refund be reflected in my credit card?

Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.

5. Do you accept returns?

We want you to be completely satisfied with Fashion5 products. We accept returns requests for 30 days following delivery, as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Order Issues


6. Can I change my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order before shipping of the purchase. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your account.
Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
There will be a 'CANCEL ORDER' button showing at the bottom of the order summary.
Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.
To continue cancelling your order select 'CANCEL ORDER' again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select 'No, return to order'.
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself. Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available if the item has not been shipped, after completion of the shipping process, we cannot cancel orders. 

Payments & Discounts


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express, and, Paypal.

8. Do you offer price adjustments?

Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain cases, we'll give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later. 
If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment: 
You bought the item on sale or at regular price. Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
Please note: You must contact Customer Service and request a price adjustment while the item is still at the further reduced price.
You have the original, dated sales receipt.
The item is not a Clearance markdown.
The item was not purchased as a Buy One, Get One. The item is not a current Buy One, Get One.
Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments during the week of Thanksgiving and the week following. 

9. Do you have student discount?

Currently, we do not offer student discount. 

10. Why should I sign up?

You will get %10 discount on your first order. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again.
Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
